The Locanda di Bissa, so named after a hunting dog who lived
in the estate a century ago,
and to whose memory a stone inscription was dedicated, is a
unique restaurant where traditional flavours and modern taste
meet in a simple yet refined atmosphere.
The high standard of food served is very well known, both
to local diners and our guests from further afield. Ranging
from local Umbrian specialities to fine dining there is something
to suit all tastes. An extensive choice of Italian wines complement
the seasonal changing menus.
