The Agriturismo property is spread in more than one hundred hectares wide with fields, woods and vineyards that wrap a typical Umbria “Vocabolo” in a warm embrace: the old farmhouses, once home of farmers, today are turned into cosy shabby-chic rustic cottages.
In a former tobacco drying room you can taste the antiaging dishes of our restaurant “Locanda di Bissa”.
Few steps away there is the “Vecchio Casale”, and four independent apartments, once forming the old farmer’s house, restored and diversified with great taste.
The stables are a significant part of the farm, with fifteen various breeds of horses, a grass field and indoor sand field for plain work.
In the green, near Locanda di Bissa and Vecchio Casale you can enjoy a large swimming pool where to cool down italian temperatures equipped with lights for a midnight dive.
Last but not least, for your peace of mind there’s a rustic natural pond, where you can fish or relax in absolute peace.
The old farmer’s house is built at first floor, while at ground floor there are the old cellars, turned into indipendent apartments where still nowadays we can still perceive a very ancient and classic italian vibe. The four apartments comes in different sizes, named after local herbs, have terracotta floors, stone fireplaces and provided with independent bathrooms. A large garden surrounds the area with plants and trees, providing spots of shades to relax, while reading a book cuddled by the warm wind.
