Breeding and organic agricolture
In the huge fields, woods and pastures, hay is cutted in late spring to allow grazing horses, calves and goats, breeding free for long periods of the year. Goats and calves are raised in open fields of grass to produce our outstanding quality products, while horses are used for country riding.
The forty hectares around the farm are all grown according to the criteria of natural agricolture, with organic fertilization and crop rotation. The fruits from wild trees are used to make jam and to produce traditional spirits by infusion such as Limoncello and many more.
While most of the products are used within the farm, the remaining can be exclusively purchased by the customers.
