In perfect harmony with our green scenario in which Podere San Giovanni is surrounded, La locanda di Bissa offers a menu that brings originality to tradition, always basing every preparation with genuine products, prepared with art by our chefs. All the dishes are realized thanks to simple but surprising matches which will delight our guests.

Our menus are totally customizable from few clients to wedding celebrations with numerous guests.

A restaurant surrounded by history

“HIC IACET BISSA CANIS FIDELIS LEPRORORUM TERROREM”

The restaurant’s name is inspired by a dog, Bissa, which lived in these premises more than a hundred years ago. The tales of its loyalty and skills are, still today, spread by local farmers from father to son, telling the adventures of a lucky hunter and his loyal friend.
Most of all, the tombstone that the owner has put where Bissa was buried, remembers us the love and devotion that a man can and could give to his pet.
